While our lot sizes vary, our minimum lot size is 50'x110' (5,500 square feet), the perfect size to fit a single or doublewide home while still having plenty of space for socializing and outdoor activities.

We are actively working on finding an opening date, but because of the hurricanes that have effected the Houston area we have been delayed in our opening. Please also be aware we are an active construction site and while we are doing everything in our power to hit our target opening it could be subject to change.

While there are a variety of homes that will suit your needs within our guidelines we do require that all homes be no more than 5 years old with a front porch or front facing window.  All homes will all be required to be, decked, connected to full utilities and skirted, however we do not allow any vinyl siding or skirting in our community. Residents must maintain their lawns, gardens, and a clutter-free environment on-and-around their yard.
